Protein Hot Chocolate


Are you trying to get your protein in, while still enjoying the holiday treats? Try this easy and delicious way to drink your hot chocolate while hitting your protein goals this holiday season.


  • 8-10 oz milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder
  • Optional toppings: Mini marshmallows or whipped cream with crushed peppermint pieces or caramel drizzle


Warm your milk on the stove in a small saucepan until the temperature is to your liking, do not overheat. Once the milk is ready, pour into a mug and add in the rest of the ingredients. Use a handheld frother or whisk to blend until smooth. Once blended, add your toppings for an extra dash of holiday cheer and enjoy!
