Once your order has been shipped, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
We stand behind the quality of the products we sell. However, given the nature of our business model and shipping logistics, we maintain a strict no-return, no-refund policy for most purchases. Exceptions are made only in the specific circumstances outlined below.
Refunds are ONLY issued in the following circumstances:
If we cannot provide valid tracking information within 31 calendar days of your order date, you are eligible for a full refund.

We strongly urge you to contact us first at support@fitnessvtc.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly without the need for a chargeback.
Chargebacks filed for orders delivered within our 31-day policy window will be disputed with full evidence including order confirmation, tracking data, and IP records. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent ban from our platform and referral to collection agencies.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, you may place a new order. Refunds for the original order are subject to the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
