Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods and Costs

* Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on location, carrier capacity, and other factors.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons (holidays, sales events). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Destinations

• We ship to all 50 US states and Washington D.C.
• We ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands) - additional delivery time may apply
• International shipping is available to select countries - additional fees and customs duties may apply
• We do not ship to PO Boxes for certain oversized items

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

• Tracking number and carrier information
• Link to track your package online
• Estimated delivery date

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after you receive the shipping notification email.

6. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made after an order is placed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the 31-day delivery window, please contact us at support@fitnessvtc.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will either reship the order or issue a refund at our discretion.

Note: Packages showing as "delivered" by the carrier are considered delivered. Theft after delivery is not our responsibility.

8. Carrier Partners

We ship via major US carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on package size, weight, and destination.
