1. Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for shipment. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, it cannot be cancelled.
Free Cancellation Available When:
- Order status is still "Processing" or "Pending Shipment"
- No tracking number has been issued yet
- Request submitted within 24 hours of order placement (highest success rate)
2. How to Cancel Your Order
- Email support@fitnessvtc.com immediately after placing your order
- Subject line: CANCEL ORDER #[your-order-number]
- Include the full name and email used at checkout
- We confirm cancellation status within 1 business day
3. Cancellation Refund Timeline
If your cancellation request is approved:
- Full refund to the original payment method
- Refund processed within 5-10 business days
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email
- Bank processing times may add 2-5 additional business days
4. Subscription Cancellation
FitnessVTC does not currently offer subscription-based products or recurring billing. All purchases are one-time transactions.
